Deluge is a cross-platform BitTorrent client with all the features you need to download torrent files.
It has features common to BitTorrent clients, such as Protocol Encryption, DHT, LSD (Local Peer Discovery), Peer Exchange (PEX), UPnP, NAT-PMP, proxy support, Web seeds, global speed limits and by torrent.
As Deluge makes heavy use of the libtorrent library, it has a comprehensive list of the features provided. Deluge runs as a standalone desktop application as well as a client-server.
To install the BitTorrent Deluge client via Snap, run the commands below:
sudo snap install deluge-lukewh
To install the edge version of the program, use the command:
sudo snap install deluge-lukewh –edge

Later, if you need to update the program, use:
sudo snap refresh deluge-lukewh
Now, you can start the program in the Applications / Dash / Activities menu or any other application launcher in your distro, or type deluge in a terminal, followed by the TAB key.
